&nbsp,大蒜價格;&nbsp,甘藍(lán); 5月21日，灌南縣委、縣政府召開全縣“三夏”專題會議，研究部署全縣“三夏”工作，安排落實防汛和重大動物疫病防控工作任務(wù)。各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)長、分管農(nóng)業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人、農(nóng)技服務(wù)廣中心主任、水利站長、動物防疫檢疫所長；縣涉農(nóng)部門主要負(fù)責(zé)人參加了會議。會上，農(nóng)業(yè)、水利、農(nóng)機(jī)等部門負(fù)責(zé)人就各自部門如何做好和服務(wù)“三夏”工作作了發(fā)言和表態(tài)，副縣長楊以波同志代表縣委、縣政府就全縣“三夏”工作、防汛防旱和重大動物疫病防控工作進(jìn)行了部署，楊縣長指出，“三夏”工作事關(guān)全年工作大局，事關(guān)社會穩(wěn)定，事關(guān)群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全，時間緊、任務(wù)重、責(zé)任大，各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、各部門要堅持早部署、早安排、早落實。一要突出“搶”字早部署，一著不讓做好“三夏”工作。堅持強(qiáng)化作物管理促豐產(chǎn)，全力搶收搶打促豐收，堅持搶插搶種保高產(chǎn)，調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)保增收，協(xié)力齊抓共管保安全；二要立足“預(yù)”字早安排，萬從一心保障汛期安全；三要著眼“免”字早落實，千方百計防控動物疫病。最后，縣委副書記王建平同志就抓好“三夏”工作重點進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)，并對加強(qiáng)“三夏”工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和服務(wù)工作提出了具體要求。（黃開忠）
