　　在運營上，“愛義烏”貫徹“兩手抓”的方針，一手抓內容，一手抓吸粉。在實踐中，“愛義烏”立足義烏，宣傳義烏。他們對義烏各個階段的工作重點與老百姓的關注焦點進行有機梳理，融合提煉成每日微信發(fā)布的熱門話題，用新媒體的方式很好地宣傳了一系列義烏的大事要事，較好地發(fā)揮了黨和政府在新媒體陣地的喉舌作用。
　　在吸引粉絲方面，“愛義烏”將喜歡玩微信的年輕群體作為首要服務群體，圍繞他們的特點，分析他們的愛好興趣，策劃了一系列切中年輕人興奮點的互動活動。
