7月20日，義烏市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局稠江監(jiān)管所查處一例著作權(quán)侵權(quán)案，當(dāng)場(chǎng)查獲大量標(biāo)識(shí)為“KUMAMON”文字及熊圖案的涉嫌侵權(quán)產(chǎn)品，涉案貨值兩萬(wàn)余元。這是義烏市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局成立后，由基層監(jiān)管所辦理的首例著作權(quán)侵權(quán)案件。

經(jīng)辦案人員核實(shí)，涉案產(chǎn)品源自外貿(mào)尾單。因當(dāng)事人未能提供相關(guān)材料以證明其合法來(lái)源，執(zhí)法人員對(duì)這批貨物進(jìn)行了扣押。在一系列證據(jù)面前，當(dāng)事人承認(rèn)了違法事實(shí)。市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管部門(mén)對(duì)這批侵權(quán)產(chǎn)品予以沒(méi)收，并處以一萬(wàn)元的行政處罰。
