     日前，市城管委對(duì)2018年第一季度城區(qū)范圍內(nèi)“最佳”“最差”物業(yè)管理住宅小區(qū)進(jìn)行了考核評(píng)比。
    

    
　　今年，市城管委依據(jù)《義烏市物業(yè)小區(qū)檢查考核指導(dǎo)意見》，通過考評(píng)，西景悅府、荷塘月色、嘉和公寓、世紀(jì)公寓、九州百合、銀河灣、歐景花園、撥浪鼓花園獲“最佳”物業(yè)管理住宅小區(qū)稱號(hào)；西城時(shí)代、商城星座、和聚園、文鼎公寓、金城高爾夫一期、五愛銀座、中順置業(yè)、金橋人家為“最差”物業(yè)管理住宅小區(qū)。
